Scott Gaulden, Simmons Floors
Scott Gaulden, who is passionate about seeking ways to leverage technology to improve the customer experience, has held sales management positions with Dale Carnegie Training, GTE Directories, and First Data. Nearly 20 years ago he “broke the chains” of corporate America and bought a business in an industry in which he had zero experience. That company, Simmons Floorcovering and Total Renovations, is now an award-winning home remodeling company. Scott, whose interests include Texas high school football, scuba diving, mountain biking, and attending concerts, is married and has three grown children. He’s active in his church and his community.
