Current Role

Laura provides tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to a variety of clients including individuals, closely-held businesses, pass-through entities, and not-for-profit organizations. She strives to provide a seamless experience for her clients by communicating effectively, being responsive to their requests and ensuring client deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

Laura serves as a mentor, helping associates develop the skills necessary to excel in their position and coaching ways to reach their goals in a career of public accounting. She regularly dedicates time to training associates and improving the community involvement efforts of the Jackson office.

Experience

Laura joined Rehmann in 2013 as an audit and assurance intern and completed a second internship with Rehmann’s advisory and tax team; in 2014, Laura was hired full-time as a shared resource between assurance and tax services until joining Rehmann’s advisory and tax team full-time in 2017. Her experience serving a wide variety of clients with a team-based approach has given her an understanding of how tax positions impact accounting and financial statements.
