JoAnn provides accounting, audit and tax services for a wide variety of clientele. She consults with clients on numerous matters to help them achieve their goals, including succession planning and IRS audit defense. She concentrates on closely-held businesses, professional associations, the construction industry, and not-for-profit organizations.

Experience

JoAnn’s public accounting career began in 1990 with LKD, where her career rapidly evolved as she contributed to the firm’s growth and helped formalize processes. She was elected as a shareholder in 1999; in 2019, the firm combined with Rehmann to offer an expanded level of service.

A strong background in audit and assurance enables her to better understand the overall tax and accounting needs of her clients.

JoAnn is a licensed CPA in both Florida and New Jersey.

• With community as a priority, JoAnn is involved with Families First of Palm Beach County Foundation (board member, past president), United Way of Palm Beach County (audit committee), and IMPACT of the Palm Beaches – an organization that provides a large grant to a select organization each year.
• Demonstrating extensive professional involvement, JoAnn holds roles with the Executives’ Association of the Palm Beaches (member, past president), Leadership Palm Beach County 2012 graduate (prior FOCUS committee member, co-chair, and finance committee member), and the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches Foundation (former board member and treasurer).
