Current Role
Jeremy is a Certified Fire Investigator with the International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Association of Fire Investigators. He investigates fires involving residential, commercial, vehicle, and marine structures and vehicles. He routinely testifies as an expert witness in both criminal and civil court settings, in both local and federal courts, regarding the cases he has investigated.

Experience
Jeremy joined Rehmann in 2024 after serving as a Lansing police officer for 25 years with distinction. He served as the lead detective of the arson unit from 2015 to 2024, investigating over 200 fires. He has completed additional assignments within other units, including the violent crime unit and financial crimes unit.
Jeremy participates in annual continuing education courses in current fire investigation techniques and issues.
