Gianluca provides tax planning, tax compliance and tax consulting services to varying-sized businesses and their owners, with experience in the professional service, automotive dealership, SaaS, and real estate industries. He has been engaged in transactional work arising from entity formation and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, multi-state taxation issues, as well as pass-through taxation and planning.
