Corrin R. Day, CPA

CURRENT ROLE 

Corrin serves as a liaison between clients and the engagement team and supervises staff to ensure timely completion. She communicates with clients throughout the engagement and is committed to answering questions in a timely manner and creating an experience that is as stress-free as possible. 

Corrin prepares and reviews financial statements and leverages her technical experience with information technology to assist with client issues. Corrin assists with training and research related to Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements. Each year, she advises clients on how the latest technical standards affect their organization and ways to prepare for implementation.

EXPERIENCE 

Corrin’s public accounting career began at Rehmann in 2014. She has held roles of increasing responsibility and provided a range of financial statement preparation and review services to public sector organizations. She has experience auditing cities, counties, townships, schools, not-for-profit organizations and road commissions.

• Corrin is a member of Michigan School Business Officials, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. 
• Corrin presents on single audit and public sector audit matters at internal training sessions throughout the firm.
