Current Role

As a healthcare business consultant with the Rehmann Healthcare Management Advisors Group, Chris provides business management, consulting, tax planning and tax preparation services to physicians and dentists and their practices.  He is also a member of the firm’s healthcare leadership group, working with industry specialists from around the firm to share best practices and develop proactive ideas.

Experience

Since joining Rehmann in 2013, Chris has served a broad range of healthcare clients. His depth of experience enables him to understand how tax regulations will impact his clients, both personally and professionally.  He also provides clients with direct access to other firm resources to help them meet their retirement and practice growth goals.

Prior to joining Rehmann, Chris served as an assistant auditor general for the State of Michigan.

• Chris has earned the Certified Healthcare Business Consultant (CHBC) designation which demonstrates his understanding of the total healthcare business environment, including both practice and financial management.
• Chris is a team-player and enjoys mentoring associates, demonstrated through his involvement in tax training seminars, staff development and recruiting.
• Chris stays current on industry topics impacting his clients through active participation in the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants and Michigan Dental Association and he is a regular presenter at University dental schools and dental societies throughout the State.
