Current Role

Andy drives growth and expands service capabilities for our clients, while continuing to build a corporate culture that emphasizes exceptional client service. He also leads the firm’s commercial industry group, which generates more than $45 million a year in revenue and includes construction, real estate, and dealerships. Andy also serves on the manufacturing practice group.

Andy serves as a thought leader and firm-wide resource on tax compliance and consulting matters and collaborates with our experienced team members to serve and advise businesses in these industries and identify current and future opportunities and challenges.

Experience

Andy has been providing clients with customized business solutions since joining the firm in 1997. His knowledge of, and experience working with family-owned, multi-generational businesses, enables him to help his clients overcome the challenges of transitioning to different generations and executive teams. As their overall business advisor, Andy is involved in many key decisions including financing, employee incentive plans, succession planning, strategic planning, benchmarking, risk management, and wealth management. Andy has also served as controller for clients who need temporary assistance with that key position.

• Andy recently helped a client adopt a new accounting method that resulted in a $16 million tax deduction.
• As a trusted advisor to some of the firm’s largest clients, Andy regularly attends client board meetings where he provides insightful information, helps consider alternative options and develop strategic initiatives.
