Amy joined Rehmann in 2025, bringing with her a career spanning over 25 years in global and diverse industries.

Prior to joining Rehmann, Amy served as the top HR leader at a large North American produce company where she led a team of 53 with over 3,000 employees. She also has experience from previous roles with global talent management, mentor/coaching program development, succession planning, performance management, leadership development and organizational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Amy’s powerhouse passion and entrepreneurial vision for helping others succeed and her transformational leadership have significantly impacted corporate and entrepreneurial business growth. In a previous role as a top HR leader, Amy successfully developed and implemented an HR infrastructure that increased workforce efficiency by 30%, improved employee engagement by 15%, and raised retention by 35%.
