Rehmann Welcomes William Wilson as Director of Client Services and Business Development in Orlando, Fl office

Rehmann is pleased to announce the appointment of William (Billy) Wilson as the Director of Client Services and Business Development for the firm’s Florida region. Wilson will work out of Rehmann’s Orlando office, which opened in late 2022 after the firm announced the business combination with Orlando based firm Vestal & Wiler in September.

“As our services expand in the Orlando market and greater Florida region, Billy will serve as an objective liaison between Rehmann and client executives, promoting meaningful dialogue that will enhance both client and associate experience,” said Nikki Burgeson, Director of Business Development at Rehmann. “We are thrilled to expand our Orlando office and look forward to the networking, practice growth and business development skills Billy will bring firmwide.”

Wilson brings 12 years of experience in the Orlando market to his new role with Rehmann, along with holding a B.S. in Economics from Clemson University. In addition to identifying opportunities to provide comprehensive accounting and consulting services to clients, he will conduct client satisfaction assessments, head brainstorming sessions for client service improvements, and help develop strategic plans that meet client-defined expectations for performance and service.

“My goal is to build collaborative partnerships by listening to client and prospect concerns, then developing a customized solution that will produce winning results,” Wilson said. “The Florida market has immense potential for our firm, and I am excited to learn from my peers and together build a stronger presence regionally and beyond.”

In addition to his professional credentials, Wilson is heavily invested in the Orlando community. He currently serves as board member and chair of IDignity, a nonprofit that helps the disadvantaged in Central Florida through the complex steps of getting personal identification, and he previously served as a board member and chair of the Orlando Board of Zoning Adjustments and a board member of the City of Winter Park Historic Board.

“Billy’s vast experience in the Orlando community helps him make relevant connections with businesses and develop a deep understanding of their goals,” said Rehmann CEO Stacie Kwaiser. “As Rehmann expands our services in Orlando, it is crucial to have individuals like Billy who are invested in bettering their communities.”
