Rehmann Welcomes Rachel Frisch as Senior Manager
Rehmann is pleased to welcome Rachel Frisch, CPA, as senior manager of governmental and not-for-profit services. Frisch will be based out of Rehmann’s Muskegon office.
Frisch draws from her extensive experience to provide a variety of services to her clients including financial management and budgeting, consulting, reporting, and policies and procedures development.
“Rachel’s professional experiences in public accounting and in industry as a county finance director and administrator bring a unique breadth of expertise to our firm,” said Richard Carpenter, principal and director of governmental outsourcing at Rehmann. “From creating an internal mentorship program to overseeing multi-million-dollar construction projects, Rachel’s impressive career will help lead our governmental and not-for-profit practice area with dexterity and enthusiasm.”
Frisch’s service and management areas will include governmental and not-for-profit accounting, reporting and financial planning; internal control structure evaluation, creation and implementation; organizational management; and others.
“I am excited to serve my clients using my extensive skillset,” Frisch said. “My expertise will add to an already proficient team of experts in the field, yielding the top results and resources for our clients.”
A graduate of Michigan State University, Frisch is an active member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Government Finance Officers Association. She has given presentations for MSU Extension for the Fiscally Ready Communities Program and the Northern Michigan Annual Summit in partnership with the Michigan Association of Counties (MAC).
