Rehmann Welcomes Nakesha Woods as Senior Manager

Rehmann is pleased to welcome Nakesha Woods, MSA, as senior manager and director of learning and development. Woods will be based out of Rehmann’s Troy office.

Woods joins Rehmann after holding a position in leadership training for several years with Rocket Mortgage. In her new role at the firm, Woods will provide mentoring, training, and developmental resources for Rehmann associates at all stages in their career.

“With an impressive educational and professional history, Nakesha will drive effective learning programs, enhance leadership development, and better employee satisfaction and engagement,” said Scott Bonacorsi, Chief Human Resources Officer. “She is an invaluable addition to the team and will incorporate practical solutions for the firm’s business and personal development sector.”

During her professional tenure, which includes more than 12 years of learning and development experience and more than 8 years of leadership experience, Woods has facilitated several programs centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as mental health.

“My goal is to help Rehmann associates learn industry knowledge, build personal and professional skills, and bring their best to everyone they interact with,” said Woods. “I look forward to helping the firm foster a more inclusive work environment that is beneficial for both employee and client satisfaction.”

A graduate of Wayne State University with a BA in psychology, Woods additionally holds a MSA in organization leadership from Central Michigan University. She also holds a DiSC certification, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team certification, and is a Certified Practitioner with Leadership Circle.
