Rehmann Welcomes David Seman as Principal, CFO Services

Rehmann is pleased to welcome Dave Seman, MBA, as a Principal of CFO Services. He will work out of the firm’s Traverse City office.  

Seman brings nearly 20 years of experience in treasury services, financial analysis, enterprise valuation and acquisition activities, having most recently served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Hagerty, Inc.  

“Dave’s professional history proves his success in achieving lasting results within a growth-oriented environment such as Rehmann,” said Tom Shemanksi of Rehmann. “We are excited about the expertise he will bring to our finance and accounting solutions team and look forward to watching him promote client growth and employee development.”  

A graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Seman will assume several responsibilities in his new role, including business and advisory financial services, fractional CFO leadership and strategic support, capital management, and merger and acquisition support, among others.  

“I look forward to working with new clients to achieve lasting success,” Seman said. “My experience in fostering internal and external relationships that encourage learning will make a great addition to Rehmann’s growing Traverse City office as well firm-wide.”  

Seman currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at TBA Credit Union.
