Rehmann Announces Business Combination with Walker, Fluke and Sheldon PLC
Rehmann continues its expansion across Michigan with the announcement of their upcoming business combination with Walker, Fluke & Sheldon PLC (WFS), a West Michigan-based CPA firm. The business combination will be effective August 1, 2024.
Founded in 1976, with offices in Hastings, Ionia and Richland, WFS has forged a reputation of going above and beyond for clients, providing comprehensive business solutions while also building personal, lasting relationships. Working both with non-profit organizations and for-profit companies, WFS currently numbers 22 associates and offers client services ranging from bookkeeping to estate planning.

The business combination will bring additional value and resources to meet client needs, including technology and cyber-consulting, HR solutions, and CFO advisory services, among others.

Operating under the Rehmann name, WFS’s three locations will remain open, and all employees will continue to report to their respective offices.
