Opportunities to reach your potential.
We offer several programs designed to foster and retain the best and brightest while providing incentives to encourage continued education via traditional and non-traditional coursework. These include:
Dale Carnegie Trainings
Dale Carnegie was created to sharpen professional skills and cultivate leaders. By completing the program, participants can sharpen their ability to:
- Formulate engaging speeches and presentations
- Captivate a crowd
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Nurture lasting relationships
Rehmann-specific trainings within this program allow us to merge our own philosophies with Dale Carnegie teachings. This ensures that we are integrating outside perspectives while maintaining everything that makes us who we are.
Leadership & Mentorship Programs
To help you reach your maximum potential, we’ve formed two internal programs focused on associate development and formalized mentorship:
- Emerging Leaders (EL)
- Strategic Training in Executive Performance (STEP)
Managers and/or senior managers within the firm who are identified as high performers are invited to join this program, where they will learn how to be a great leader from internal and outside experts. Included in EL and STEP is a formal mentor relationship (in addition to the many informal mentorship opportunities we facilitate at Rehmann) with an existing firm leader, allowing participants to expand their knowledge and networks.
