Experience

Crystal brings extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Rehmann in 2025, she oversaw the financial operations of a healthcare tech and patient solutions company, successfully leading the company through significant growth and its eventual sale. During this time, she developed sophisticated financial models, implemented post-acquisition integrations, and built robust reporting packages to maintain transparency and operational success.

Prior to this role, Crystal spent a decade in public accounting, developing a specialty in audit services for healthcare provider groups and small-to-mid-sized businesses. Her holistic understanding of accounting and healthcare operations enables her to deliver expert insights.
