Rehmann’s 2024 Annual Report Highlights the Value of Balancing Technological Advancement with Personal Connection
Rehmann released its 2024 Annual Report, showcasing the benefits of putting people first in a technology-driven world. Even as the firm implements digital innovations, Rehmann remains committed to maintaining a personal touch with clients and associates by incorporating both intentional connection and technology.

Key findings of the report include:
- $220M in revenue across business lines
- Associate retention rate of almost 89% with an average tenure of just over 9 years.
- Net promoter score rating (NPS) among clients of 80, well above the industry average of 41
- Expansion of Southwest Michigan presence through combination with Walker, Fluke & Sheldon
- Grants awarded to nine organizations in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida through The Rehmann Foundation
- 16 awards including INSIDE Public Accounting’s “Best of the Best Firms” and “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®”
