Current Role

Don is the director of Rehmann’s healthcare management advisors, leading a team of consultants serving hospital, medical and dental practice clients receiving tax, accounting and advisory services. With each client, the team designs a plan for overall financial success to help achieve their personal and business goals.

With a healthcare industry focus throughout his career, Don has developed a strong skillset in financial management of medical/dental practices, providing services from business valuations to compensation arrangements to succession planning. Don has valued medical and dental practices in a variety of specialties: family practices, OB/GYN, radiology, neurology, nephrology, general surgery and orthopedic surgery to name a few.

Don joined Rehmann in 1994 after working with a “Big Four” national accounting firm, and has contributed to significant growth within the firm’s healthcare division. He has served on Rehmann’s Accounting, Consulting and Tax Executive Committee, Healthcare Committee and Board of Directors.
